Can I set up a charge account for my fuel?
All customers who wish to charge the delivery and pay it later are required to fill out a credit application. If the credit application is approved, you will be able to charge the delivery to your account. You receive a bill at the time of your delivery. The driver will leave a yellow delivery slip. On this delivery slip you will find the number of gallons, price per gallon, total of the bill, and the discounted and non-discounted prices. Use the provided envelope to mail in your payment.
When is my bill due?
All accounts are Cash On Deliver unless you fill out a credit application and your application is approved. Residential accounts that have completed a credit application have a policy of balance due within thirty (30) days.
What are the discounted and non-discounted prices?
The non-discounted price is the price at the bottom of your ticket. This is the price if you pay after 10 days but before 30 days. The discounted price is the three cent discount we offer if the balance is paid within 10 days. This is the price you are quoted when you place an order.
What type of payments are accepted?
We accept Cash, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you wish to pay by personal check we do require you to fill out a credit application and that the application is approved.
